“The incense sticks were not that similar to how they looked in the pictures, as I thought they would be better made they looked abit cheap! The sticks did not smell to good either and the all smelt very similar! Finally, a lot of the scents we were interested in were out of stock for a very long time and the date of restock even changed over 2 weeks and after all the added costs once you got to check out they weren't even that cheap!! However delivery was good and quick”

“First of all we arranged a visit to have a look round and this was very helpful. The lady really took the time to show us different items, prices etc. We then placed an order on the website which was very easy to navigate. It was easy to work out the prices and profit in each item and there was so much choice. We then picked up our order the following day which was brilliant. All in all a great experience and we will definitely use Ancient Wisdom again in the near future.”

“I was happy with the amount of choice on offer.But unhappy to not be told of the items not available in my order which took it below the total for free postage It would have been nice to have the option to replace them instead of it just not arriving and the total being different but the refund was done quickly thank you”

“Ancient Wisdom's delivery and customer service is amazing. You order easily and get the products within a few days, you also have the option of changing delivery address or leaving it somewhere safe which is really useful for my business if I am out and about. The only downside of Ancient Wisdom is they have not really got many quantity price breaks. If I want to buy 100+ of something the price does not decrease like other wholesalers, in the future when I grow I may have to go somewhere else, but for now its ok.”

“I received my first order very swiftly. Unfortunately one item was missing but I phoned and it was sent the next day so their customer service is awesome.
