“We regularly shop here and have a great time with them. Stock is usually very good, if something isn’t in it’s clearly highlighted when it’s due back. “Products are great, love that it’s fairly traded . However, next day delivery option never arrives on time .. always 2 days so seems that the extra cost is pointless. Also, as a small independent retailer it’s important that stock arrives in a timely planned manner … I’ve had 3 delivery delays now and that has directly affected my sales negatively”

I'm sorry some of your deliveries didn't arrive on time. We use 3rd party courier services so we will make sure to pass this feedback onto them as well. Our priority dispatch does not guarantee a next day service - it is more of a queue jump. We book all UK Mainland orders on a next business day service once they're ready. If you select same day dispatch in your shopping cart, we make sure that your order goes to the top of the picking queue and gets dispatched the same day it's placed.
