“So often no stock and a long time till you gey more stock in also if after you place order you have no stock you send a refund but dont phone to finde out if you can sub for somthing else”

Hi Tomas, Thank you for your review. I am sorry about that. We can contact you if something is out of stock, I've added this option to your account. Some of our products are sourced directly from manufactures India, China, Indonesia etc. The majority of them are hand crafted from family run businesses. And it can take quite a while until our order is ready to be shipped. We also are working on a better system which would identify and forecast the product lines that need reordering and minimize the number of out of stocks. Kind regards, Katka

“In several years of dealing with Ancient Wisdom, I cannot remember any problem with orders and deliveries. Orders are executed efficiently and deliveries are prompt. On very few occasions when I had to contact Ancient Wisdom, I have found every person I have talked to very polite and handles ant query I had on a most efficient manner. It is a joy to deal with this company and I wish you guys all the best for the future and long may you continue to give the same level of service.”

“Delivery is usually very quick, packaging can be excellent but at times not so good. Quality of goods also varies from excellent to, at times, poor. Customer care is always excellent. Range of goods is fascinating. Web site needs time to work out what is where - you can miss items. All in all a very good company to trade with - the whole team from David downwards put in a lot of effort to make it work.”

Hi George, Thank you for your review. The stock control is one of our ongoing projects. We are trying our best to keep the stocks up to date on the website. Occasionally it may happen that a product becomes out of stock by the time your order is ready. If more than 20% of items ordered are out of stock we will get in touch with a customer. “The ordering was so simple and quick the choice of items are great I am a small start up buisness so good stock is everything .I received my delivery was right on time as I was unpacking my stock customers we buying before I could unwrap it brilliant my stock is now on show and it is selling so well aim having to put on another order .I am so happy with service and quality thanks”

“I have found Ancient Wisdom to be a very welcoming and friendly company. It has been easy to navigate their website, place an order, and upon delivery I was very pleased with the quality of the products and how they had been packaged. When I contacted the company by phone with a product problem,( out of dates seeds) I felt listened to and valued as a customer and the issue was promptly sorted. I will definitely continue to place orders with them and will also recommend to others. Thank you”

“What can I say about this company? Well, it is one of the few suppliers, that makes you feel as if they actually do care. Not just about profit, but give the impression that you are a valued "family" member. Goods are well packaged. Delivery is fast and efficient. And if you have to chat with any member of staff on the phone, they come across as if nothing is too much bother. In this day and age, that in itself is a breathe of fresh air. The product range is brilliant, I only have one problem with it. That is because my best selling items are men's shaving soaps and beard oils. Yes, I do know men can use some of the oils already for sale on the site. BUT if it doesn't say shaving or beard oil on a label, then a lot of people back away very quickly. They feel safe with labels. :) And the shaving sets on here do not have refills available, so I have cancelled orders, once they find that out. Shaving soaps, in a shape that fits into a shaving bowl are very popular and getting harder and harder to find. Other than that I think this company is world class. Friendly happy staff, mean that the "management" have got things right. If the staff are smiling, then the company will go from strength to strength. And I love the news letters, and the stories from overseas. It's nice to feel included. And a nice 5 minute break from working. Spot on for making your customers feel part of this companies journey.”
