“Place order, to then find out that they are out of stock of the items ordered!!!! Refund given. Place another order, again out of stock when the website clearly shows items are in stock!!!!! Finally got my 3rd order through, after going back and forth via email to find out what was actually in stock......... Order arrived, to then find some items are broken and the soap ordered has no scent, probably out of date!!!”
