“I've bought from here for many years. The products are great but my gripe is always with communication. As an example, you'll get a random email saying you've had a refund but it doesn't say what for and you won't know until you receive your invoice. When I've already advertised on my business page what's due in, I need to know what's not coming so I can cancel orders. It wouldn't be difficult to include on the refund email exactly what's been refunded. My other gripe is you never know when somethings coming until the day before. Sometimes delivery is fast, sometimes slow. I like things to be a bit more predictable or at least more communication saying when things are likely to be sent.”

“I've been more than happy with all my purchases, aways good quality and delivered promptly, it's also very satisfying that it's fair trade and that's something I can pass on to my customers. There's been a hiccup with my new shop but hopefully it'll be up and running soon...so I'll be making more purchases from Ancient Wisdom!”
