“Excellent service and products great to find I can order products online, saves me the time, money and effort going to trade fairs. The only thing I would like to mention if you could pad out the bath bombs a bit more for transit purposes that would be great. Many Thanks”

“Great variety of products to choose from although initially disappointed that a number I would have liked to order were out of stock. After ordering I was advised that some were now out of stock but the customer service was fantastic and I managed to order other items to replace them. Delivery was fast and products were packaged really well. I would have no reservation about ordering from them again .. and would spend more if stock levels of some products were higher!”

“It would be really helpful if you offered a next day delivery option. Most of the items I regularly order seem to be almost permanently out of stock i.e. large numbers of the aromatherapy burners and incense. But, as a small business, I really appreciate the minimum order being only £50.”

Hi Sonya, Thank you for your review. We will look into the next day delivery option. Regarding the out of stock items most woodware products, boxes and incense come from India and sometimes it may take quite a while to restock them. Also our IT team is currently working on a new stock management system which will ensure that products get reordered in time and minimize the number of out of stocks. Kind regards, Katka

“Hi you are a great company but I placed my order and today it has been sent but I have also received a refund which must mean that not every thing was in stock ,I wish I had been notified which iteam was not available so maybe I could have had the chance of a replacement That's my only moan on the whole you are great Karen dorricott”

“hi I love your products and would buy more but I find that once I select something with all the handling and extra charges involved it usually ends up being quite expensive to buy. I am a new small business just starting up and I would be quite stretched for funds so it leaves me at a disadvantage in ordering small amounts from yourselves. apart from that I find your services and website very good.”

We run a Gold Reward scheme and basically if you reorder within 1 month since your last order you become automatically Gold Reward member.
