“Have been using AW for a while but managed to visit the shop today. If you get the chance then I would recommend a visit. From start to finishe we were looked after by the team especially the wonderful gentleman who was manning the shop. He couldn’t do enough for us and even made a selection of artisan teas to try. I cannot recommend this company enough.”

“Products are getting poor quality as time is going on. I started my business with Ancient Wisdom 4 years ago and regularly purchased around £1000 a month from them. Now I've moved supplier because a) you are just a number and b) quality is now really poor. Bathbombs dry they crumble when they get to you. Candles crack, soaps cut out if weight, stickers missing printed ... just un sellable items when they come to you.”

“I recently supplied to my first wedding, from a client who bought my home fragrance from a local Fayre. Not the least bit stressfull!!! I placed an order with Ancient Wisdom. for glassware Their couriers let me down badly and did not communicate their staffing challenges until challenged; however Kerry in customer services was outstanding, both in communication, responsiveness and understanding. Her dynamic approach to customer services is the kind of person you want in your business! She listened, asked questions and understood. No customtomer could ask for more. Did I have brakages? Yes. Did Ancient Wisdom go above and beyond? Yes. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely. I was fortunate that the Grandmother who was hosting the wedding reception in her gorgous Geogian home just outside of Lincoln (I thought she was the mother of the bride - Perhaps I am just getting old!) was gracious to send a few photos of the head table with some of the glassware. The wedding sector is a strong fit for my business and something I wish to nuture. I get a deep sense, if Ancient Wisdom continue to employ a team as dedicated as Kerry, my trust is well placed. Any further orders will be sent via DPD. The only courier I trust for my business. ANY supplier willing and able to satisfy this need is a company willing to listen and act. As a customer of Ancient Wisdom with demanding clients and challenging timelines - this is stunning, just stunning!”
