“One of the items was faulty so I contacted customer service via the website straight away. I spoke to Damian who was very helpful and the matter was sorted straight away with no quibbles. A very pleasant experience all round as this was my very first order and will definitely be back again when I'm needing more stock :)”

“I bought the square brick glass tea light holder for my son who used it at the passing of his favourite horse to celebrate his life and altho that sounds morbid it was very tasteful and they shared a glass of bubbly. he was thrilled with it and I will be buying more for presents and so will his colleagues, as they work for the Mare and Foal Sanctuary in Newton Abbot and have recently had an outbreak of the dreaded strangles in the stables. I am sure the horse (Albert) no longer suffers and the gift went a long way to ease my son's pain. Dolly”

“We at 4Generations have been selling metaphysical and esoteric products for the past 6 years and started business with just a few products from AW. Since then we have remained a keen customer and always keep an eye out for new products AW introduce. The staff team are friendly and always helpful when we call with an enquiry. There has been a few items you no longer sell and others we have waited some time to return in stock, having saying that you always have alternative products in place and we have the option of live chat with the team.
