“I was happy with most of my items, however I was disappointed with the salt lamp. I didn't realise it didn't have three pronged plug - maybe an oversight on my part so I accept that but the bulb provided didn't fit the holder. I tried several bulbs and none of them would screw in so it appears there was a problem with the bulb holder being faulty. I ended up purchasing a new holder with English plug fitting and bulbs from amazon so it didn't make the lamp an economic buy.”

“These guys are great ! Couldn’t recommend them enough. Vast range of stock and constant updates about your Iredell to keep you in the loop. Dispatch was fast, but the courier service let me down . Ended up having to go and collect from the depot as they had rescheduled my delivery from Thursday to Monday ! Not Ancient Wisdoms fault though . Will definitely be reordering and have also recommended to a few fellow small businesses too. Keep up the good work guys 😊”

“Good quality products, reasonable prices and efficient service. I was, however, somewhat disappointed that an item I declined as part of a larger set, and with an RRP of £20, was not "replaced" by a little something. This lack of thoughtfulness definitely let down Customer Service on this occasion.”

“Fabulous staff who are always so kind and helpful. I have placed over 40 orders with Ancient Wisdom since 2009, and can honestly say everything is always meticulously wrapped and packed with great care. “I came across ancient wisdom when searching for bath bombs, but then realised they sell many items I stock in my store. I love that they do starter packs, this helps when you're unsure of which items you would like. Then once you have knowledge you can buy the items separately. I am happy that they give discount to returning customers, I'm off to order again. We all love a bargain. Thank you”
