“Excellent customer service, really friendly and helpful staff each and every time. All my orders with Ancient Wisdom have been wonderful and the products are always of high quality. “Received a text from Ancient Wisdom stating delivery would arrive Friday 19th August. Cancelled appointments for that day just to receive a text from the carrier on the morning of the 19th stating they had not received the parcel and so could not deliver it. Will now have to re-arrange things for another day hoping that they actually deliver the parcel to the carrier. Very disappointed in the service received.”

“Unfortunately despite being all separately wrapped three out of 24 shell boxes were smashed. They are lovely though. The treasure chests in gold were mostly marked with dirty marks somewhere on each box as if they had been handled with oily fingers! The marks did not rub off. Some of the boxes did not fasten well as the top and bottom latches were not positioned correctly. I really like the products but the quality is not great unfortunately.”

“Customer service is second to none.Very helpful at every level .From answering to a question on their facebook page to help online before purchasing ,to aftersales ( I did have a few things that were no good ) but were refunded .So keep it up Ancient Wisdom.Just getting ready to put a second order in and hoping that all goes well. “hi a great find, having bought wholesale items online for a few years, and it can be a minefield, large min , order price, and getting stock that is cheap rubbish from china, that looks good on the pics ,but when it turns up is really cheap and poorly made. this company is a breath of fresh air... low min order, good quality at cheap prices, easy no fuss ordering,and good margins for profit, and to top it all , free gift's. how wholesale companies should be.. regards , mr s rubin. owner of shell's torquay......”

“Good value, excellent range of products, great customer service and everything arrives well packed. Ancient Wisdom also understand, unlike some other wholesalers, that some businesses are small with limited cashflow and as much as we'd love to, we just can't afford to buy 100 of this and 75 of that. It's only fair that larger volume purchases attract better discounts but little businesses can often only afford to buy and try one of this or a couple of that. Ancient Wisdom cater for us small concerns. My only wish would be free/cheaper postage for smaller orders but, hey, nobody's perfect!!! :-)”
