“I have a very small business so buy little but often. I love the fact I can order small quantities and I get the same fabulous customer service that someone with larger orders would have . I’ve had the odd issue with breakages but it has been dealt with straight away. Definitely my number one go to wholesaler .”

“Very poor customer service I placed an order after 5pm and forgot to add something to my order, called at 9am the following morning only to be told no could not add to order this has NEVER been an issue in the many years of trading with this company. Maybe time to look for another wholesaler that wants the work”

My colleague made a mistake checking your account and thought your order had already been dispatched when you rang to add to it. As soon as she realised her error, she called you back to apologise and check if you still wanted to add to the order. As you mentioned in your review - adding to orders has never been an issue before and we're always happy to help and on this occasion, we made a mistake. “i've used Ancient wisdom now for a long time ....there products are tremendous, i've never had a problem with any order at all, its my best go to place .... just wish they could get there gemstones back in stock tho as opening a new shop very soon and really need some but haho ill have to make do with the few ive already got”
