“We started buying from AW back in 2011, had a break until last month. The result was amazing. The product has developed so much with pure excellence. Top quality products. Only wish we could have an option to remove AW from labels as we as many others buy here to sell on. Maybe as a positive AW could look at blank labels for us distributors, retails aorta lets and many people trying to make a business go with your product. Bubble Bonanza”

“Where do I begin? Firstly 6 orders turned up with items missing or damaged. The customer service team did their best to resolve things in a satisfactory and prompt manner. I was also given assurance that things would be better. I received an email telling me an item I was interested in was now in stock. Days later I place an order for these said items pleased that I had been informed that the items were back in stock. I informed a regular customer that these items were coming and they in advanced indicated they would purchase several. I then receive an voicemail message at 4.55pm (giving me 5 minutes) telling me that my order would be dispatched tomorrow, but the said items were not in stock and would I like to select alternatives. Within 5 minutes? Who do I believe? The email? The website showing them in stock? The human who thinks its acceptable at 4.55pm to say a round about sense "ooops sorry not in stock and you have 5 mins to choose an alternative". The items from this wholesaler are fantastic a) if they are not accidentally missed, b) if they arrive undamaged, c) If they are in stock and don't rely on emails/website for accuracy. Such a shame as their customer service team are obviously dealing with me complaining on a regular basis. So on a positive note......They do deal with complaints fairly quick and in a reasonable time (although not heard back since last night regarding their latest fiasco) and the products are unique and "nice". The bad news is they are becoming increasingly difficult based on reliability to deal with. Disappointed customer (me) and i have a disappointed customer too as a result. A real shame but 7 out of 7 orders to-date have had issues.”

Dear Tom, Thank you for your message and I do understand your frustration. At this time of the year it takes us 2-3 days for dispatch on average due to the increased amount of orders. Kerry has contacted you as soon as we knew about the missing items with the best option available at the time, which was to send the order as it was and do a 'follow on' after. We are opened until 17.30 Monday - Friday, so I understand that 30 minutes is not a lot of time at all, but this was the most we could do at the time, being that we advised we would ship the order on Wednesday for you. Please note that the problems were not from ill will or delaying your order purposefully, it was just very unfortunate that it came back to us late yesterday - again I apologize. I have received the items from the warehouse just now so I will send them on now for delivery tomorrow for you - they needed some more time to unblock the isles to get to the stock. I apologize for the errors and damages on your previous orders. I have spoken with the warehouse manager and I was promised that special attention will be paid to your orders in the future. At this stage, all I can do is apologize again and hope you do decide to try us again. Kind Regards, Urszula

“Hi, I've been a customer of Ancient Wisdom for about 12 years now and have seen it grow and expand. I have overall been very please with the service over the years although sometimes things get forgotten or arrive broken. My main purchases are oils and incense. Now that I live in France I am very conscious of the shipping costs so always keep my orders to under £100 to keep to the minimum. I don't have the same problem with other suppliers.”

“Really pleased with the items I ordered, especially the 'Potions in Bags' -they smell absolutely wonderful. The Christmas Candles 3 pack is okay and the Christmas Dog Towels are lovely. Quite disappointed that one item was out of stock and so not delivered, even though it was available when I ordered. Also very disappointed with the 'Free Gift worth £100'. This was a waste of time really as not relevant to what I had ordered and not good quality items. Overall though I would use this site again as I do love most of the products I ordered. Fairly quick delivery too.”
