“The products are delivered quickly and safely and are well packaged and protected. The website is easy to use and isn't difficult to operate at all. Users are updated and informed of information frequently and correctly. The whole experience is efficient and user friendly. Although some prices are a little higher than some would like.”

“Initial order was destroyed by couriers, after a phone call replacement items were sent out free of charge, packed better 2nd time and all arrived intact. very pleased with the service and products”

“Very quick delivery. Communication on delivery spot on. Products great value. Good customer Service. Recently used The Soap House and the level of service was rubbish in every way. Received delivery one month after ordering and couldn't have get anyone on the phone...was only via email due to them being under staffed. When products finally arrived, (left in neighbours garden by mistake) mini bath bombs were unusable as were all crushed. I emailed them to let them know and sent a picture and they ignored my email as I'm sure they were feb up with me complaining at this point and wrote me off as a valued customers. They need to take a leaf out of your book”

“We have a busy Post Office selling a huge selection of greeting cards, wrap etc, what we didn't sell was the obvious GIFTS, Ancient Wisdom have given us that option with some great priced gift ideas, they are easy to deal with, have a good web site and sales of there products seem to be going down well in our shop. So pleased we found them.”

“Great products at great prices. Fast trackable delivery and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend Ancient Wisdom and we shall definitely be reordering again soon. Love the discounts we're getting in the gold club (which you get just for reordering within a month! - easy!), and the free gifts are a nice touch :-)”
