“I ordered items on the 2nd December, but they have still not arrived. I cannot track the items as the tracking system is not working. I have chased customer services but no solutions have been offered, I am just advised to 'keep checking the tracking,' which is useless. Not great customer service. I know there have been RM strikes but if you take people's money it is your responsibility to ensure the purchase gets there. Would not use this company again.”
