“The amc removal team were fantastic, from start to finish. They were easy to deal with at quote stage, kept in touch via email right up to the move date and accommodated our last minute dramas! The removal crew were polite and helpful and super hard working! I would definitely recommend amc removals in the future. Thanks guys !”

“From the very first phone call the team made the process easy for us. No question was too silly and they put us at ease straight away. On the day we received a phone call from the removals men in advance of the time booked, they were able to come along earlier which suited us as it gave us time to properly clean the old house once the van was loaded. The guys were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they took away lots of the stress we felt by professionally removing our items. They then waited with no complaints for a considerable amount of time while we got the keys for the new House. They then unpacked us quickly and set us up for our new chapter. They were amazing.”

“We have used AMC Removals a couple of times in the past and for our recent move the service was excellent as we've come to expect from AMC. The staff took great care of our belongings and ensured we've moved out in good time. Moving house is a stressful undertaking but having a reliable removal team takes some of that stress away. I'll highly recommended AMC Removals.”

“Two key aspects were very poor. Firstly the delivery into the two storage areas, in the garage and spare bedroom, were appalling. My directions for how to store garage material were ignored so the garage contents were mixed haphazardly with the other boxes being stored there and there was no access to much of it. Pot plants were left on the driveway (in November) where they had been emptied from the van, even though the removers knew they needed to be delivered either indoors or into the garden. The furniture and boxes in the storage bedroom were just dumped there at random making access impossible. Secondly the packing service was carried out wholly to suit the packers, mixing items of different types from multiple locations in the same box to give them their ideal mix of weight and solidity. Needless to say with such a random mix of contents the description they wrote on the outside was often wholly inadequate. Sofa cushions were in five separate boxes. Full wine bottles were packed on top of individual crystal glasses (resulting in breakage). Trying to unpack one box at a time into the new kitchen in any sensible way was totally impossible. Instead every single kitchen and dining room box had first to be opened and sorted. Unpacking has been far more difficult and long-winded than it should have been.”

Hi Stella, so sorry to hear you were not 100% delighted with your removal. Our crews were not able to access your back garden and as the pot plants were outdoor garden plants, so quite dirty and wet, the crew decided not to put them in your house on your clean carpets and left them in the front garden at the side of the driveway. The seat cushions for your sofa were far too large for one box, hence packed into five boxes. You have been compensated for the broken glasses and I am happy there was no damage to your furniture or your house. We all wish you the very best in your new house.

“The company that referred me over give amc gave the wrong details of address, Amc sorted the problem on my behalf within an hour. The women who answered the phone are friendly and a joy to talk to. The removal men have a great sense of humour which made a day that should of been stressful a really joyful/fun day. Thank you so much!”

“Professional furniture removal van which is clean with blankets to protect items. Three friendly accommodating kind helpful men who try to remove all that is requested. They arrived on the day arranged and assess the property for the best removal arrangement. The only suggestion is that carpets are rolled up or folded up then tied tight to help with handling and storage in new properties.”

“Very impressive and quick move. From the quote to the move everyone at AMC was very polite and friendly. Quote was spot on. Very impressed with the moving of the sofa from a flat with tight turns and narrow stairs to another flat with even tighter turns and narrower stair. Great job.”
