“The team were very professional and friendly and with a very positive attitude in the whole process of moving. They were very careful with all our belongings and also considerate to where they should be placed in our new home. A very good experience and would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely first class removals. Angus and Alan were spot on time, we’re professional throughout and had our large 5 bed house loaded in an unbelievable time. We had to just sit back and do nothing. The communication between them was amazing and how they fitted everything in was a work of art. Two months in storage now, then delivery to our final destination in December.”

“We asked this company to move five large items of furniture for us. On arrival, two items were damaged. When we signed for the delivery and mentioned the damage, we were advised that the office would contact us further to sort this out. Twelve days later, we are still waiting on a telephone call from the removal company. Very quick to request payment but when things go the other way, no better than any other company. Especially considering we opted to pay an additional amount to insurance cover and they still cannot be bothered to follow up. Would we use again? No!”

“Overall, very happy with AMC Removals. The men who carried out the move were fantastic and just got on with the job - no fuss, no damage, on time, very professional and friendly. Great value for money overall. My only issue is that if everything hadn't gone according to plan with regards the timings, we would have been stung for the delay charges so worth making sure everything is in place for collection of keys etc.”

“This is the second if not the third time I have hadAMC doing a move for me. So really that speaks for itself. Everyone from the girls in the office to the boys doing the move are always extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing is too much bother for them. Definitely a five star company. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone needing a competent, trustworthy removal company.”

“I have had great customer service from the office team and the removal guys. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, and I am very grateful to them for making my moving less stressful on this occasion. The removal guys were great in this respect as they really lightened the mood and did really well moving some of my heavy stuff.”

“Arrived first day to move to storage and was very efficient, vehicles right size and clean. Crew were very helpful and friendly. Day 2 move to house was same crew and like clockwork too with no concerns. Another move to go in 5 weeks which is more testing.”

“I have moved quite a lot in my lifetime due to military service. This company were amazing. From the time of submitting my request for a quote, the careful planning of the route to both old and new property. I was consulted every step of the way. The ladies in the office Catherine and Margaret were so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them. On the day of the move the lads Alan and Angus were just brilliant. They were professional and very accommodating. Nothing was a hassle for them. From dismantling my bed and getting the bed into my new home and building the bed took quite the effort but they would not give up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to move. I hope this was my last move but if that is not the case, it will be AMC that I call.”

“AMC were ace when I moved my stuff into storage on 17th June. Was kept up to date with things from quote to the big day. Guys were there in the morning, explained how it worked and just got on with it. Hats off to them for carting my heavy bulky furniture down from the 2nd floor, plus my gazillion boxes! All was packed away into the containers ready for storage with no problems. This is the third time I have used AMC, don't reckon I will go anywhere else. Catherine is a star, she must have thought some of my questions were ridiculous but was professional throughout and I'm even all arranged for moving when our new house is ready!”

“I previously used AMC for my last house move and was very impressed with the service that I received on that occasion four years ago, this time not so much. The vehicle provided was inadequate, normally used for rubbish removal. My cooker door was smashed to smithereens and a glass topped coffee table met the same fate. The driver immediately admitted to breaking these and advised me to claim however as I had not accepted the "optional" insurance I was refused any recompense at all costing me more than £150.00,certainly wouldn't ever use recommend or consider them again in any circumstances”

“Our moving experience with AMC was 5 star. Angus, Craig, Alan and John were super professional, polite, friendly and patient, especially working on the hottest day of the year. Our belongings were well looked after and the guys worked quickly and efficiently throughout the day. The whole process was made stress free by the team during the day as well as friendly support from Alec, Kathryn, Margaret & Shannon. No hesitation in recommending this fantastic family run company.
