“Part was exactly as described, albeit a touch on the pricey side. I foolishly gave an incorrect delivery address. Having chased the item, a couple of days after the promised delivery time, an unknown rep of AM rapidly found the problem in a most friendly fashion. This is the second time I've enjoyed excellent service from AM - I'll be back”

“AM Car Parts responded quickly with offer of a pre-used, replacement glass sunroof for my Subaru Forester at a competitive price. Glass sunroof safely received & intact, extremely well packaged, via Parcelforce within 3 days of ordering. Thank you....all I need now is a break in the weather to fit the new part!”

“The fuel pump had not even been emptied, let alone cleaned and as a consequence, fuel leaked out and contaminated other parcels. The driver had to re-package the pump in a plastic bag. Also the wires had been cut off very close to the pump body, making re-soldering difficult. I was tempted to return the item but decided the hassle of doing that was worse than the hassle of using it. And it was only £40 cheaper than a new one!! Paul Blight”

“I ordered two items on separate occasions. The first was a cv joint for the propshaft for a BMW 535i using correct part no. - the piece I received though didn't fit and a local dealer informed me the part was from a 7 series not a 5 series. I returned the item and sent an email asking for a partial refund. Unfortunately I have heard nothing since!”
