“Perfect size and organisation box”

“Unfortunately having to return. Tried several times connect Sky Q box with no success. Also googled alternative instructions but that didn't work either. Have to give 1 star because it doesn't work for me but may be for others trying to connect a different set top box. Did find out that some makes of Sky Q don't work with the Flipper product, but not able to determine which make I have.”

We're sorry to hear our customer has had problems setting up the Flipper remote control. We do provide technical support to any customers who are having problems with their product. We reached out to this customer to offer support and sent troubleshooting information by email and have also given them advice over the phone. We are waiting to hear back from the customer to see if they have successfully set it up.

We're sorry to hear that the music player only worked with batteries. We arranged for a free return for a refund and gave our apologies that it arrived faulty. The music player has been tested and the power adapter was found to be faulty.

“We gave mum this for her birthday. Shevwas over the moon with it. Chatting and cuddling it. Best present ever and lovely to see her so happy. We've always had a cat and dog in the past. She used to pinch another one from the home she is in. So having her own is best. 7”

“As described by others. Looks nice & chest movement realistic but it is horribly stiff and limbs don't move. While it looks pretty and the fur is nice it feels like a dead cat.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with their pet. Most of the top half and fur is soft, but there are some hard parts such as the base, head, and other places. Because of this we do not feel comfortable advertising them as "huggable" or “cuddly” even though many other places do. We do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.
