“After mum fell in the early hours, this has been brilliant. I hear the alarm as soon as she puts her feet on the floor. It also helps me sleep as I'm not awake checking on her every 15mins because I know I will hear her. Easy to install as well.”

“Quick delivery. Easy to set up to tv and sky box . Didn’t have to put codes in for sky channel as it was a bit of a pain . But control still works sky just use blue buttons to go up or down sky channels. Really useful for my dad he can finally change channel with having to use awkward sky remote.”

“Outstanding!!! I am so pleased with this little God send. My father had forgotten how to dial the phone leaving him cut off from the world while home alone. This phone was simple to set up and now all he has to do is pick it up and it dial us. He has called us everyday using this phone without any issue at all. It is very comforting to know that he can contact us when ever he wants. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that he can get in contact with us again.”

“I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I was expecting this little beagle pup to be soft to the touch, like perhaps a cushion. Unfortunately it was solid and, as my mother is blind she would certainly know that it didn’t feel in the least like any kind of animal. So I was disappointed and sent it back. They refunded, minus the postal cost. I have now bought a piece of fur fabric to make it into something that feels real for Mum to stroke.”

“We bought the Flipper remote for my mother's television. It took us a short while to programme it, but now it's done it has helped my mother so much, with only the essential buttons that she needs. She also finds it easier to hold and doesn't accidentally cover buttons with her fingers, which, with her previous one, caused various setting to be changed, which she couldn't then put right. No more confusion or upset! I would definitely recommend it for people who are becoming a little forgetful.”
