“Not as I expected. I thought the book would contain more photos. My Dementia husband wasn't interested.”

We are really very sorry to hear that your purchase was not as expected. The book has been designed with a set of images researched and chosen to help aid reminiscence and prompt conversations relating to these which can in turn spark other memories for the person. We know that not all activities work first time. It may be worth approaching it again on another day to see if this works, as every day can be different. We advise all our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased, then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.

“Very good product easy to put music on . My dad loves it. Easy to use for my dad to switch on and off . The only problem there is no volume switch . You need to put music on at same level . There is a switch at the bottom but difficult to use .”

We’re happy to hear that our customer found the music player easy to use. The volume control is designed to avoid being accidentally changed by the user. This could lead to the music being far too loud and disturbing, or too quiet so it may appear to be ’broken’. “I bought this for my husband who has Alzheimer's as it is similar to the ones in the care centre where he is at present. I have tried it and is seems great fun. The only thing is the bode is not quite as soft as the ones in the centre so I hope he likes it when he comes home soon.”

“It took a bit of trialling but I got it working with Learning mode on my Mums Smart TV, however I still require the original remote control to select TV mode, therefore an extra button to enable TV mode selection would be a game changer.”

“We purchased the remote for my mum who has Alzheimer’s and can no longer understand how to use the a normal remote for the tv and sky anymore. We can not seem to find the code to link it to the sky Q box. We have used all the codes under sky and it will not work. We are just hoping there is something we are missing. Because it would make her life so much easier for her. This remote would be great if we could get it to work.”
