“Absolutely dreadful experience. Alz tracker watch stopped working. The company have claimed that this was due to impact and no repair, replacement or refund offered. My 83yr old mother has not fallen or damaged the watch. She was left in a very vulnerable position by this company. Please, for the safety of your loved ones, do not trust this device or company.”

I’m sorry that we weren’t able to help further with this, we communicated with yourself and the manufacturer, who have confirmed that this form of damage would not be a manufacturing fault but would be classed as accidental damage.

“First one delivered didn't work. Lift the lid no music. It is that simple. I used usb to connect and check that there was mp3 files loaded and there was. I could play them from the computer and it was a very nice mellow and loud sound. After some emails about things to check and several days delay about returning, I gave up and bought another one. It arrived promptly and worked first time as it needs to, loaded lots of music on in mp3 format and the customer was delighted with his new radio that plays his music. Still waiting for refund on the first one I bought . Return was easy too via Royal Mail pickup and label. It's clearly very unusual for one of these to not work on delivery. It is a nice product well made and sounds good. Perfect for people who need something simple that just works.”

The book has been designed with a set of images researched and chosen to help aid reminiscence and prompt conversations relating to these which can in turn spark other memories for the person. We know that not all activities work first time. It may be worth approaching it again on another day to see if this works, as every day can be different. We advise all our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased, then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.

“Very good product easy to put music on . My dad loves it. Easy to use for my dad to switch on and off . The only problem there is no volume switch . You need to put music on at same level . There is a switch at the bottom but difficult to use .”

This could lead to the music being far too loud and disturbing, or too quiet so it may appear to be ’broken’. “I bought this for my husband who has Alzheimer's as it is similar to the ones in the care centre where he is at present. I have tried it and is seems great fun. The only thing is the bode is not quite as soft as the ones in the centre so I hope he likes it when he comes home soon.”
