“Well, As I have a Total hearing loss. The Phone isn’t appropriate for Me. As I need a 18001 button and a bigger screen. It’s a great pity I’m having to return the phone. But, the response from the firm regarding me returning the phone is Wonderful. Thank You.”

“The radio is excellent and easy to use for an Alzheimer sufferer. The radio's aerial snapped off straight away without any undue handling pressure. alzProducts responded very quickly to my email and instructions where really clear on how to return the radio. A replacement radio was received very quickly and I am very impressed with the customer service.”

“I haven't given it to my mother yet. Observing it it is cute an realistic although to the touch is quite hard except for the area where the *heart* beats. Future models should perhaps be made with a softer memory foam sort of material instead of the hard plastic. A great idea however!”

“unoptrusive and effective door alarm. I live 20 minutes from my Dad by car and it gives me piece of mind, I can call him when it goes off and usually divert him from wandering away! Easy to use and battery powered. So no worries about him unplugging it! Also, the adhesive pads are very good too”

“We ordered a new pair of phones after an Openreach engineer told us that the old phones were affecting the broadband. AlzProducts's website gave us lots of information as well as the facility to enter a declaration for my 92 year old mum to pay with VAT at zero rate because of her disabilities. The order came next day which was brilliant and allowed us to keep in contact with mum without undue delay. Thanks AlzProducts.
