“Well here is an update on the review as the company has messaged me to either delete the review or update it:
They have since refunded me after a bit more conversation with their support and they did a follow up message to see that the refund has gone through, which it has. This has earned them an extra star on my review.
They have also amended there payment page to make it clear that they do still hold your card details for subscription, but dont hold on to them to buy credits.
Credits you have to buy if you want to send the models any messages after the first free ones and it can be a very expensive pricing structure if you wanted to hold a converstaion.
The main reason I am not changing it any further or giving them any more stars is the simply shocking way I was spoken to by their support, I referenced some of it on the other review of this company.”
