“Absolutely brilliant service, good to be able to speak to a human especially because it was a stressful time for me. Very informative and knowledgeable about the special insurance I would need for release of a car from a police compound. Called me, emailed me with a quote and felt under no pressure to use their services. Glad I did though! Thank you.”

“I called Alternative Insurance Brokers a couple of years ago and the service has been fantastic. We needed an insurance policy on a tight deadline and after contacting many brokers who were unable to help or just didn't call back, Laura was able to find an insurer who could offer a policy, and then went on to find a more competitive price for us all within a short space of time, keeping us informed all the while. Later she made sure we didn't miss our renewal, and helped with changes of circumstance that affected the policy. Friendly, conversational and absolutely professional! Thank you from us both to Laura and Alternative Insurance Brokers!”

“I would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service from Kerry Laura and Darren which makes a huge difference after experiencing a complete nightmare with other insurance companies from comparison websites. It’s such a relief to be insured with a company I can trust. Professional friendly staff who actually do what they promise to. I’m a returning customer who left to save a few pounds upon renewal which was the worst thing I could of done. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company it’s five stars from me.”

“Absolute 5-star service. I bought a 30-day impound insurance from them. I received even a follow up call from the Sales advisor, Laura, about 2 or 3 times actually, to find out how the process of recovering the car went. I was absolutely delighted.
