“Matt listened to our particular requirements and sent us information that matched what we wanted. We all have the ability to trawl endless internet sites ourselves trying to sort through the often misleading information. What we need is a Matt to give us clear options best suited to us - and that's what he did.”

“It must be serendipity, as I was only thinking of Alpenglow this morning as the pouring rain had me thinking of holidays again. Booking with a new company can sometimes be a little worrying, however Matt was brilliant throughout the whole process - very patient with us, even when some of our questions were idiotic! We had a great holiday and look forward to booking with Alpenglow again.”

“Matt was really helpful, listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect chalet within a very short space of time. The best thing for me was being able to ask specific questions about the chalets he was suggesting such as what room would be best because I'm a light sleeper. He was able to advise and book a room at the top of the chalet which was perfect. I would definitely use Alpenglow again.”

“I would highly recommend Matt when you are looking for a ski-ing holiday. I have used his company 3 times in a year and have had no complaints. Matt listened to exactly what we were looking for ( which was different each time) and found what we asked. If ever I had a question or a request Matt would always be at the end of the phone to help. He would always be my first choice now offering such a friendly, professional and reliable service. Thank you”
