“Excellent service all round! I was able to book a van online the night before, and when they then advised the next morning that the size I ordered wasn't on site they offered an upgrade at no extra cost. Alternatively, someone could collect the vehicle from their other branch for me! A smaller van ended up being large enough, and they were happy to accommodate the change for me. Easy return, too.”

“Booked a van weeks in advance for a house move. Got a call on the morning whilst on the way there to collect it to say they didn’t have the van. They did manage to find another by mid morning but it was a heap that kept going in to limp home mode. Positively dangerous on the motorway. No real apology from the lady, she seemed like she couldn’t care less. Made an already stressful day a lot harder.”
