“Need to get a better delivery service provider! Product never turned up despite the log saying that it was delivered. No CC footage either of the driver arriving...someone is lying!!”

We've looked into this for you and unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address due to an error on the label, which was caused by us. “Excellent support and advice and an excellent product. I recently purchased the IQAir 150 and have noticed a remarkable difference in the air quality of my home. Initially, I wondered whether the improvement was imagined but my partner has also noticed similarly. I can best describe the air as feeling 'lighter' when I breathe. ( I have a lung condition and am sensitive to impurities in the air). I'm very pleased!”

“I found the postage very expensive for a small bottle of shampoo, but it was delivered the next day. The pet+ anti-allergen dog shampoo smells pleasant, we yet have to wait and see if it reduces allergy symptoms in the household.”
