“I purchased the IQAir HealthPro 250 air purifier from Allergy Cosmos. I was a bit nervous about ordering such an expensive item from an online company I'd never used (or heard of) before, but saw that they had a PayPal option which generally provides some guarantees, so I went ahead and ordered. The air purifier arrived the next day, fully tracked, and was exactly what I wanted. It is a superb product. I also spoke to Allergy cosmos on the phone regarding a question I had about the warranty and they were very helpful and friendly. The whole ordering process was perfect and hassle-free. I will definitely have no hesitation in ordering again from them.”

“There was a misunderstanding with the company as I had asked for a reminder to be sent. The reminder did not arrive. When I rang to order a replacement the operator was very pleasant , she assured me that this reminder would be organised and she offered me a discount as an apology. I was impressed with this service and am now waiting for my reminder next March !”
