I ordered and paid for an IQ Air Filter on September 19th and still haven't received it one month and a half later. Allergy Cosmos said they would get it sorted but it's October 30th and I've heard nothing since. I'd avoid this company.

I cannot praise this company enough. We purchased an air purifier a while ago and replacement filters a few days ago. Both were excellent, first class equipment. Staff met our enquiries by phone and email quickly and accurately. Equipment was delivered quickly and all the information paperwork was spot on. At the end of the day it did what it said on the tin but inside the tin was caviar rather than baked beans.

I expected this to be delivered by DHL last week but still haven’t received it, or any indication of when it will be delivered. Contacted Allergy Cosmos about this but have had no reply.

I ordered an air monitor. It arrived very, quickly and I'm pleased with it. I did get the tracking information after it had already arrived for some reason, but that's a minor thing.

This is such a great product! The only one that keeps us (and our dog) from suffering dust mite allergies. Delivery is ultra quick and theirs is the best price I've found. I've been buying this washing liquid for 3 years.

All went very well, except for delivery which was made to a neighbour of our business with whom I do not have contact. I was not alerted to this until I enquired with Allergy Cosmos. Allergy Cosmos were able to inform me where the parcel had been left.
