“Good customer support (Lekan). The device is great. I also ordered their AQ device which broke fast but thanks to a good customer support it was not difficult to ask for a replacement. The speed of dispatch is not that great though, probably because of Covid19 and these devices being in high demand. I recommend Allergy Cosmos to all.”

“The filters are ok but they weren't delivered the next day as indicated on the web site. Next day delivery was the sole reason for this order and I didn't get it. It clearly says orders placed Mon-Fri before 1.30 will be dispatched the same day.I placed my order 8.30 am. My order was dispatched a day later. So what's the point of next day delivery?”
