“Very confused as to which filter to order on line for my IQair filter. I always end up phoning. Last week I needed to order a replacement filter which on the machine is called F1 Premax yet on the website it is not clear which one it is. When I rang up I was told it was the F8 filter so I just ordered it over the phone, which was much easier. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Leonie Grieve”

Hello Ms. Grieves, I am sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the replacement filters for your IQAir air purifier. On the IQAir units, the ‘F1' stands for filter 1, and ‘F2' for filter 2 and ‘F3' stands for filter 3. For the model you have, the F1 (i.e. Filter 1) is an 'IQAir F8 Pre-Filter', in which ‘F8’ stands for the filtration efficiency of that specific filter. Your F2 is called an 'IQAir V5 Cell MG' and your F3 is called an 'IQAir HyperHEPA H13' filter. “The unit arrived promptly and looks very handsome. The control is very easy and smart. The air purifier really cleans the air in my small bedroom and I seem to sleep better as a result of this. The low setting if perfectly quiet enough not to disturb my sleep. It seems to be a very sensible buy and a good solution of obtaining better air quality.”

“I was desperate to find some way of not choking on my partner's smoke !! He only smokes in one room but everything seemed to pick up the smell until this machine arrived. It was expensive but so worth the cost. I do feel that your product should be more widely advertised . Many, many people would love this machine but is it accessible to all? I had to do considerable research to find this machine.............just a thought!! J Beckett”
