“We received excellent service and advice from Christian when we phoned to discuss the Allergy Cosmos Air Purifiers. He asked what we needed to achieve from having the filters and details about their usage and area to be covered. Once we had received the units we soon realised that one of them had arrived broken and Christian apologised and was soon on the case to get the broken unit collected and a replacement delivered. We've only had the units running for three weeks but have noticed an improvement in the air already and also are amazed at the amount of dust etc that has been collected on the filter.”

“I could not be happier with my Blueair Smokestop air filtering system I have now been using for nearly two years. The refills are reasonably priced and delivery of every product I have ordered has arrived next day. Everything does exactly what it says on the label....”

“After completing my thesis on urban air pollution and its adverse health affects on humans, I decided to purchase an air purifier as I live in close proximity to a main road. I spent many hours/days researching the best air purifier technologies but was still overwhelmed with the many options, and found it hard to separate genuine reviews from the reviews which were actually just glorified adverts! I asked for a call back on a Saturday from Allergy Cosmos and spoke with Christian, he was extremely knowable and actually had a thorough understanding of the technologies (unlike some other air purifier providers whom I spoke with) and after his expert advice I finally decided to part with my cash and purchase one of the best air purifiers on the market (not cheap but well worth it as hopefully it will run for many years) The air in my flat is now odour free and definitely fresher, thank you Christian! I have now stopped obsessing about the dangers of any traffic fumes that may get into my flat during rush hour!!”

“easy to use website. quick delivery. courtesy after-sales call to check all is good. the products are easy to use and are effective in improving the living environment. you breath better, easier and therefore sleep and function better. seems pricey first. very happy. thank you.”

“Despite my transaction taking place across the XMas/New Year period when some delays might be expected it was handled efficiently and promptly. My only criticism is that whilst you carry the larger air purifiers, an expansion of the range offered to include some smaller desktop models might be useful.”
