“The item ordered was delivered very quickly, within a couple of days. They sent an email earlier that day to give a delivery time to within 1 hour. A previous order had not achieved an email about delivery, but was still delivered quickly.”

“Products were exactly as described - which is to be expected. However, the excellent service (initial phone advice, regular status updates on the order, etc) was more than expected. Overall, we were very happy with the service level provided by Allergy Cosmos.”

“As always the service is great from Allergy Cosmos - they take the time to talk you through options and are endlessly helpful. I'd always shop with Allergy Cosmos because of the great customer service. My only small quibble would be I had a 5% discount for buying a replacement filter and it was applied before tax which is unusual as mostly when you get a % off it is on the total price. Given that it is an expensive item and only a small discount it just seemed a bit petty.”
