“The website is clear and easy to navigate, the products are all top end with the best prices to be found on the internet, the delivery is next day. I have been running my air purifier for 1 day only so can't really say much more than it clears a room in under 5 minutes; the air feels cooler and fresher and I slept better than I have for years, waking without a snotty nose and puffy eyes. Brilliant!”

“Products arrived quickly, however was wrong size bottle - I emailed and within minutes received a phone call apologising and the promise of the correct size which arrived the next day, so can't fault their customer service, just there order processing!”

“Air purifier does what it should. Replacement filters are expensive--I have to put in a new Pre-Max every six months 'coz of my cat's fur clogging it up-- but ordering online is quick and painless.”

Dear Ani, Thank you for your review. Did you know that there is a coarse dust pre filter for the IQAir units? It is called PF40 and has been designed to prolong the filter life in environments with especially high levels of particulate pollution - it is ideal for pet fur.
