Just a wonderful compoany, and an amazing product. To start witht he company: when I hpoend up on Friday morning, they worked hard to get the IQ Air to me the next morning. Brilliant service. And when something odd happened with the iQ, they pro-actively contacted me to offer support. As for the iQ air, how to begin! It is just an incredible machine. All the great things people say about it is true!

Ordered filters on the Monday - informed confirmation email would be sent and product should arrive by the Friday. Nothing, and nothing for a few days the week after. Had to send a chase email asking what was going on with my order. They called and advised, product arrived a few days later. Overall - 'ok' service.

The service I have received from the team for my replacement filter is great. The product is delivered the next day and as I was not able to follow the written instructions I called them who talked me through the process - they were patient and clear with instructions. I will be happy to recommend the Allergy Cosmos team to others.

My wife and I have been Loyal Customers of Allergy Cosmos since the Autumn of 2011. We are the proud owners of Four Blueair 500/600 series units All are provided for and Pampered by the Friendly and Efficient team. They understandably have a bit of a thing going for IQ-Air and who should argue with that; however Christian will deservedly afford the Blueair enthusiast exactly the same level of care! We like this friendly and regular 'banter' and wouldn't place our business anywhere else. Seriously why 'google' your time away just stay where you are and have a look around. -:] James and Maggie [Scotland].

My IQAir filter arrived the next day with a very helpful courier who kept to the time slot that we were given. The filter is operating now and I'm hoping it will clean the air in our new flat effectively, Only time and my ashtma symptoms will tell.

I use my Blue Air in my bedroom for 2 hours before I go to bed; I don't sleep with if on but it's so quiet I could if need be. As it is I now have a good night's sleep

I bought an air filter from them and replacement filter 6 months later. They're fine, but not particularly responsive when I've asked questions relating to my orders. I'll probably use them again since I have an account and it's convenient.
