“Having checked prices on line, for a replacement 400 Series SmokeStop Filter, we again found that AllergyCosmos to be the most competitive. It was so easy to find the item required and place an order on their web site. The goods were received, very well packed and within 24 hours. An excellent service all round.”

“I was very satisfied with the speed with which I received the product I ordered. On having some doubt as to whether this was suitable for my vacuum cleaner I contacted your company by telephone. The young lady, Natasha, was exceptionally helpful, and solved my problem very quickly. Thank you for such an excellent service.”

“I tried to order on line but the website seemed faulty and was unable to do so. I then attempted to order over the phone but was informed that there was no-one to take my order but would return my call a s a p. This happened the following morning and I missed the call. When I called later the person I spoke to couldn't supply details of delivery options and arranged for someone else to call back later. However, in the end, everything went very smoothly and I received my order the next day. Furthermore , I would like to emphasise that I really appreciate the fact that this firm exists to sell such good quality products. Just had the best night's sleep for ages. The ADMS dust mite spray is excellent!”

“Always reliable, well packaged and speedy delivery. I have ordered filters every year and have always had a good experience, both with the delivery of the order and more personally when I have called with questions or advice related to the products. Dear Eun L., I am sorry to hear that your product did not arrive when you expected it to. Your order was placed just before 4pm which is unfortunately past our dispatch cut off time. The courier companies come and collect orders from our warehouses in the afternoon, and we unfortunately need a bit of time to pick, pack and check the order before it can be collected. Orders placed after the cut off time are still dispatched with free express shipping, but are collected the following working day for delivery on the subsequent working day. We do offer Same Day delivery services if you contact us directly. Prices for Same Day delivery, however, are dependent on location and can sometimes be quite costly. I am sorry to hear that the delivery company did not notify you of a one hour delivery time window. This should not have been the case, and I will investigate that for you. “This company is very fast and efficient. I ordered this time on-line, did not have to pay postage, and the product came by post the following morning. The product was well packed and arrived with the invoice. I shall continue to use the site in the future. The ordering process was also easy to follow.”
