“Sadly we had to cancel our coach 2 days before because the wedding we were going to was postponed as the bridegroom had to have emergency surgery. By this time we had paid in full and Allenby refused to refund any money, offer us a discount on another booking or consider anything as a goodwill gesture. Whilst I understand that they were not contractually obliged to do anything, some gesture would have been appreciated.”

“We had a problem with the coach as there were exhaust fumes coming into the coach on the outward journey causing many to feel sick or have head aches. The driver asked me to speak to the garage to explain what was happening. The driver himself was most concerned. He went and replaced the coach and our return journey was ok. I judged the trip as poor because of the faulty coach but the service you always give me is good.”

“The office staff were pleasant & efficient when taking my booking and the small coach l hired was modern, clean,and comfortable. I booked the coach to leave our departure point at 11-30 prompt and was reassured that the coach would be there early. This was not the case only arriving at shortly after 11-30 which delayed our departure. I had told the office our destination was tricky being on a remote farm in the Kent countryside and on asking the driver, Andy, if he was sure he knew where we were going was told he had satnav. He had obviously done no research re: our destination and as a result we got lost and arrived at our destination 30 minutes late only after being directed by one of our group. Unfortunately our destination was not well covered for satnav which l guess was the reason for getting lost. Our return journey was less eventful and we got home without problems. We have used Allenby coaches in the past and been happy with the service but l'm afraid this time it was not up to par.”
