“Service was absolutely flawless! I had organised for two mini-buses to collect and return guests for my birthday party. PIck up was from various locations. Both mini buses were on time. Would definitely use again.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from Allenby. Chris our driver arrived nice and early, did not rush, helped my Dad who needs some assistance, negotiated drooping us off somewhere suitable for my Dad. Picked us up on time and was just a really a fun, safe driver!”

“Timing was spot on. Driver had the correct professional / friendly etiquette. Coach was clean, airy and advised on air con etc. We used you again after the same trip last year with you. I communicated via email as well telephone.”

“We were absolutely delighted at the service we recieved from driver Chris and everyone else at Allenby. We needed the coach to ferry family and frends to our youngest sons wedding in Hartfield, so it was likely going to be a stressful day. You guys did a great job and helped us to enjoy this very important day. Thank you.”

“Pam, John and Billy were excellent to communicate with, I thoroughly recommend Allenby Coach Hire. They listened to my plan for overnight stay in France and surprise party for my husband. It all went like clockwork and everyone had a wonderful time and expressed how impressed and satisfied they were with the driver, the coach and the whole operation. Pam was brilliant helping me with the planning and crossing. Hand on heart, this company is fantastic.”

“Sadly we had to cancel our coach 2 days before because the wedding we were going to was postponed as the bridegroom had to have emergency surgery. By this time we had paid in full and Allenby refused to refund any money, offer us a discount on another booking or consider anything as a goodwill gesture. Whilst I understand that they were not contractually obliged to do anything, some gesture would have been appreciated.”
