“I was looking to hire a 16 seater for a Saturday night outing for friends and family and left booking rather late - a fewdays beforehand in fact. Allenby were recommended to me by one of their competitors who were more local to where I live and it turned out top be an excellent recommendation. Linda on reception was polite and attentive and quickly made the arrangements and booking for me. Geoff turned up with the coach on time which was not easy as we are difficult to find and John was reading and waiting for us on the return journey. The coach was smart, clean and comfortable. Thne journeys were relatively short but I wouldn't hesitate recommending them for longer journeys. Overall a happy experience and their accommodatiing our requirements was most impressive. John Hammond”

“The driver was punctual, friendly and cooperative. The coach was clean and comfortable. Our school have used Allenby Coaches for our school trips before, and our office staff find their booking procedure highly satisfactory. We will continue to use Allenby Coaches. Thank you.”

“The office staff were pleasant & efficient when taking my booking and the small coach l hired was modern, clean,and comfortable. I booked the coach to leave our departure point at 11-30 prompt and was reassured that the coach would be there early. This was not the case only arriving at shortly after 11-30 which delayed our departure. I had told the office our destination was tricky being on a remote farm in the Kent countryside and on asking the driver, Andy, if he was sure he knew where we were going was told he had satnav. He had obviously done no research re: our destination and as a result we got lost and arrived at our destination 30 minutes late only after being directed by one of our group. Unfortunately our destination was not well covered for satnav which l guess was the reason for getting lost. Our return journey was less eventful and we got home without problems. We have used Allenby coaches in the past and been happy with the service but l'm afraid this time it was not up to par.”

“This is the third race day I have organised using your coaches. As always, the coach was clean and arrived on time. The driver, Andy was smart, helpful and very patient... especially with the few members of the group who were a little worse for wear on the return journey! Richard (Captain Bacardo)”
