“Allegro Music has great and one of the best bargains for Yamaha musical products and other brands. I found my products search and purchase via their online/website very easy, straightforward and very informative as well as ETA for product delivery was excellent. However, your web team or customer service has not mention anywhere how I/your customer will get the "free music lessons from your academy" being one of the items purchased as part of the bundle - any thought? Thank you.”

“Purchasing a previously used item, that I had not seen, I was concerned about what condition it may be in. On speaking on the phone to a staff member at Allegro I was reassured, and the item arrived, as described, within the specified delivery time. I am delighted with my purchase and would not hesitate in purchasing from Allegro again.”

“I ordered a Cordoba C10 Crossover from Allegro, but I am left handed. Andy said not to worry, he would order a right handed one and convert it. I was worried about whether it would be OK. When it arrived, the set up was spot one and it arrived very quickly considering it had to be ordered and be converted. Very impressed with the service. Couldnt have been better. Highly recommend Allegro.”

“Like everyone else I've purchased many items from many sellers via the Internet. Customer service in general is very good now days however Allegro Music really stand out as being the best I've experienced. I have called them several times and they really are incredibly nice people who go out of there way to help. The advice I received prior to purchase was really honest, well informed and unbiased. “Excellent service. Very happy with the way Allegro Music accommodated my late change of Ukulele from Concert to Tenor without fuss, and it arrived the next day. Very friendly staff. Chose the Brunswick BU5T Tenor, good looking Uke, sound quality good, plus a free gig bag, bonus. Would definitely use Allegro Music again. Recommended.”

“I wanted a 12 string electric for occasional use and having looked at various online reviews decided the Revelation RJT60/12 was an excellent option. Allegro Music had the best online price and I liked the fact that they had a guitar technician who set the guitar up. They also included a free soft carry case and had free postage. I am very pleased with the guitar and would highly recommend both it and Allegro Music.”
