“I contacted Allegro Music about buying a Furch steel string guitar, but mentioned that I was concerned because of health problems affecting my hand strength. They got there in house Luthier, Andy to speak to me. He made some suggestions, about strings and set up. I have now been playing the guitar for 6 weeks without any problems. Thanks Andy. Its nice to deal with people who listen and want to help.”

“Got a Revelation LH white Humbucker model, with FREE CASE all for a great low price. I was amazed at the versatility of the guitar, and after hearing others big it up so much i really wanted to know what the fuss was about but this guitar is so affordable and makes my aesthetic so much cooler. thank you allegro music”

“Ordered a Revelation RJT60 L/H on the Monday before Christmas. Guitar was with me on the Wednesday morning. Excellent service at probably the busiest time of the year. Guitar came set up perfectly. Well done.”

“Allegro Music have provided a great service and I would recommend them strongly. I needed to have Yamaha CLP-525 digitial piano delivered to a third floor flat in Edinburgh, and not only was their deal the best I could find on the web (free delivery, piano stool and headphones included) but they were extremely helpful with regard to my delivery requirements. Not only did they spend time investigating whether it was possible to find a courier who would carry the piano up the stairs, but they also allowed me to specify a delivery date for no extra charge. I am very happy, both with my piano and with the quality of customer service received. :-)”

“My piano teacher recommended I used Allegro at Chelmsford to get a piano. What a gem of a store!! I very nearly bought the piano online, and I'm so glad I didn't. Jo Cocklin spent time with myself and my husband going through different instruments, she couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and a rare one these days to get such good, individual service. I would, and will, be thoroughly recommending Allegro in Chelmsford to anyone and everyone! “I had my old M1 keyboard fixed at Asllegro. The guy took time to souce the "rare" parts needed and did a fantastic job. Like a new keyboard again. Great service!!”

“I havent used Allegro before but as they are local, I thought I would give them a go. I was after a limited stock piece but they were very effecient in chasing the supplier, getting back to me with feedback and just their general service has been fantastic. Will certainally be using them again.”

“I decided to take piano lessons and headed to Allegro in Westcliff on Sea. Their staff were excellent. Both Ben and my assigned teacher Lorraine help me choose an electronic piano, without recommendation to a particular brand or any sales pressure. It was subsequently delivered on time and assembled by their friendly and helpful team. I have made further purchases and found the staff professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Jessica G. My first piano lesson was free and have been with the same teacher throughout my instruction. Time to move on now though! But I would like to thank Allegro Music and their staff for excellent service provision.”

“I recently approached Allegro Music (Westcliff Branch) regarding a biscuit pick up for my new Gretsch Resonator guitar. I Spoke with Andy Fieldwick as I know him to be a very knowledgeable member of staff with regards to guitars and has been very helpful to me with enquires, advice and purchases of all things musical I have made in the past at the shop. Andy helped me source the one that was right for me and clearly explained to me the options that I had. The work Andy did in fitting my pick up was nothing short of first class to say the least and was carried out efficiently and very quickly. Andy kept in touch with me during the whole process, which is a rarity with music shops these days. I have been a local musician for the past twenty years and these days despite of other music shops in the area I would say that 9/10 I would always visit Allegro Music first. Thanks Andy and all the team! Keep up the good work!! Many thanks! Jason”

“I did a lot of research online and in some Denmark St stores before chosing my digital piano. I then headed to Allegro, and met Steve. He was candid and honest, respecting my budget, and actually demonstrating that a cheaper model (YDP162) would be more suitable than the portable piano I had decided upon. I was encouraged to try both, and was given the space to go away and think it over. I returned to by the YDP162, ordering an upgraded stool. The piano was delivered in good time with excellent communication, and is perfect for my needs. This is a big purchase for me, but I haven't regretted it for a second. Allegro are very fair on price (it's not a steal, but you won't get much cheaper) and have been excellent in terms of customer service. Thanks! Clive”

“I have recently purchased a Tyros 5 five from Allegro music. I found them very helpful especeily when it came to downloading the 2 free premium voice and style packs. I was helped by Ben from the Southend shop, he could not have been more helpful, thanks Ben. I only wished I lived nearer I would certainly go to there music school,if you get the same help from them there you would soon be playing your instrument. Thank you all once again. I'm learning by myself, I cant find a teacher near to me, but still I'm having fun, this keyboard is fantastic By the way I'm 80 years young, and it's keeping my brain box active Thank you all at Allegro John Ball PS best wishes to Ben”

“I bought my first ever piano from Allegro Music, Chelmsford. Having never played an instrument previously I was unsure as to what kind of piano would be best suited, Allegro Music were very helpful and informative without trying to push a particular brand, and I felt under no pressure to make any purchase. I was also provided with a free music lesson and have been with the same teacher ever since.”
