Cannot praise enough all concerned with this transaction. Was sold the bass at reduced price, delivery slot was 8.00 - 4.00, arrived at 8.15. Customer service girls were efficient, friendly and helpful. As an added bonus, was told to expect bass in new year , but arrived well in advance. Highly recommended company. Thanks to all at Allegro Music and APC Seasons greetings

A nice friendly voice on the end of the phone answered all my questions. Very easy to order on-line....and items delivered within a few days. Very good prices. Excellent service from Allegro Music and thoroughly recommended. Wayne

Awful misleading website, lists items as in stock then after purchase emails saying it's been damaged in the warehouse. A quick online search shows this as a common excuse. If your going to order I strongly advise phoning first to make sure the item actually is in stock. Still waiting on a reply back about my refund. Communication was fine until asking for a refund, then no reply.

I ordered a ukulele back in October time, on ordering I received an email letting me know that the good was damaged and they told me the available solutions ( wait for the new shipment of find an alternative) I chose to wait for the next shipment as the I had my heart set on a certain one, the said the shipment wasn't due until November but I thought It was worth the wait, from the day I ordered the product until the day it came, they responded to all my emails near enough on the same day and kept me as updated as I asked to be, also when the product arrived it wasn't at all damaged, would definitely recomend recomend and I will be using again

Even though there was a delay with my original order from supplier's side, I was kept updated regularly. Lovely staff managed to turn a negative into a positive and I got my gorgeous instrument well in time for Christmas. Highly recommended!

Internet shopping made easy! Didn't have my 1st choice of instrument but offered an alternative via email, I accepted the alternative and took delivery 1 day later, cannot fault the service, will use again without doubt.

I recently left a review of Allegro music, based on my experiences dealing with the Southend shop. I feel I was a little harsh in only giving them 2 stars. There were some issues with communication and accuracy of information but on the whole they were OK. The department that dealt with the delivery were helpful, answered the phone quickly and gave accurate information. On the whole I would give 3 stars and there is no reason not to use this store - they mean well and are friendly and fairly professional. I am therefore putting up this review giving 4 stars, so it balances out my slightly harsh 2 star review. Hope that makes sense. Just bear in mind that once you have ordered an item you cannot cancel or return the goods without a 15% free - standard practice for shops I guess (?) but obviously ordering online you have more rights. But then again, online you can't see the instrument and try it out and there are fraudsters online so its swings and roundabouts I guess. Anyway, Allegro are ok. Staff are friendly and helpful - overall a good shop and I am satisfied with my purchase and their service.

Called the Southend shop and asked if (a) the item I was interested in was on display and (b) if they had it in stock. They said yes and yes, confirming they had one in stock. When I went to the shop it turned out they did not have one in stock. They claimed there must have been a misunderstanding. I ordered the item and was assured it would be delivered Tuesday the following week. On Tuesday I received a call from another department saying they would deliver Wednesday and that they had not been told anything about a Tuesdsy delivery date. It appears this company has either incompetent or dishonest people in its shops. Not a good service. I would not recommend this shop.

My new Revelation guitar arrived in super-quick time, and it was nice to have a choice of left handed instruments to choose from. The guitar itself sounds great, easy to play, and a good choice of tones with coil tapping and the ATN tone selector on board. The coil tap feature was a welcome surprise as it wasn't mentioned in the description at all. These guitars cover a lot of ground tone wise, I can get classic single coil 'F' type and humbucking 'G' type of tones out of one axe, and it's light enough for my back not to complain after a 2 hour gig. I bought a RJT60 H lefty in vintage white. I also received a tuner and a set of strings as free gifts which was a nice touch. Thanks Allegro.
