“They were quick to inform me that the item I had ordered was available but the colour ordered had been discontinued, however my order could be fulfill in a different colour combination. On the 5th September I was happy to accept the colour change, my order arrived the following day. The quality of the item was far better than expected for the price this order was for a Cort guitar branded accessory, I have in the past purchased the same type of item from a larger online seller that turned out to be poor quality for more money. Excellent service, excellent quality, excellent price. Many thanks”

Carried out via email and over the phone, the transaction was carried out professionally and smoothly with any questions I may have had answered quickly and appropriately. “Customer service was brilliant by responding to my query straight away, and reassuring me they were... real! (very important for such a large and delicate purchase). The deluxe pack for the piano I'd chosen meant that I had all sorts of bits and bobs to make a treasure hunt for my son to go through before finding his piano. It was fun, shopping was fast and all the products are fine. I definitely recommend them.”
