“Customer service was brilliant by responding to my query straight away, and reassuring me they were... real! (very important for such a large and delicate purchase). The deluxe pack for the piano I'd chosen meant that I had all sorts of bits and bobs to make a treasure hunt for my son to go through before finding his piano. It was fun, shopping was fast and all the products are fine. I definitely recommend them.”

Their prices for instruments and accessories are reasonable and competitive, even when compared with the prices of their internet-based rivals. Having a local, physical shop presence, to try before you buy, gives Allegro Music a definite advantage over a certain online music warehouse selling 'grey' musical goods from Germany..”
