“I cannot thank Chris enough for the friendly way he conducted business! Just before Christmas I was investigating the purchase of a Yamaha EL900. Chris negotiated an excellent price and the organ was delivered yesterday. I am delighted with my purchase, the condition is like new and the sound quality is wonderful - a real pleasure to play! My sincere thanks to Chris and his colleague for the smooth delivery and installation. Absolutely first class service and I am sure I will continue to do further business with Allegro Music.”

“Just wanted to say how impressed we've been with Allegro Music. Jo in their Chelmsford shop was most helpful and informative when my wife and I booked an appointment to discuss buying a Yamaha digital piano to replace our aging Broadwood traditional piano, and the delivery of the new piano and removal of our old piano went very smoothly. Many thanks also to Chris in Colchester for his intial contact and advice and for organising the delivery. We purchased a Yamaha Model CLP 735 for home use and practising, and so far it seems to suit our purposes very well, and we were very pelased with the deal offered. Many thanks to all concerned.”

“I can't rate Allegro Music highly enough! I got an Amazing deal on a part exchange and received my newly purchased instrument the next day! Communication was 1st class whether through live chat or over the phone AND the instrument I part exchanged was picked up by courier at no charge to me. Well done guys.. such an impressive service!”

“I phoned up just before Christmas to ask about a keyboard that i was looking at on the internet, The gent who i spoke to was very polite and helpful and assured me that the keyboard was in very good condition i agreed to buy the keyboard and was told that it may be the new year when i would receive it, just after the new year holiday my keyboard was delivered as promised, i was a little worried that it may get damaged in transit but i need not have worried as the keyboard was so well packed and boxed and well cushioned in bubble wrap it would be hard to get any damage at all, The keyboard was in great condition and really pleased with it , i would buy from the shop again and definitely recommend.”

“This was my first deal with Allegro and a big one at that as I purchased a Yamaha CVP-809 in polished white....a very considered purchase! From the start, the friendly and knowledgeable service and advice I received from Ben was excellent - as well as attractive part exchange prices. MD Chris and his deputy were extremely helpful too. Delivery and installation of this expensive instrument were carried out with timely, friendly and professional expertise as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience although I do have one observation. A follow-up call after delivery to see if everything was OK and if any help was needed would have been a nice touch to round off what was an excellent first transaction.”

“To spend over £4000 on line with no opportunity to view or sample the goods sounds like a huge risk. My experience with Allegro was entirely trouble free, It could not have gone more smoothly. Allegro was completely helpful and informative giving a projected delivery date and keeping in touch. In the end the actual delivery was several weeks prior to their projected date which of course was very pleasing, and then on the actual day giving a pretty accurate delivery time. I am pleased and entirely satisfied.”

“Bought a Yamaha CVP809 on line from Allegro. Chris kept me informed about delivery status throughout, and it was good to meet him in person when he (and Paul) delivered the Piano) last week. Following on from then I had a couple of questions regarding the piano and Ben was happy to advise me on my questions. All in all a good experience with Allegro”

“Bought a Hadley D10 and stool. The instrument was dispatched promptly and received at the door step (first floor flat). The stool was dispatched a few days later but was received fine. No problems with both items so far after about a month.”
