“Bought a used synth which came complete with original manual, pedal and mains lead. In excellent condition, totally unmarked. Well packed, very quick delivery, and very helpful advice when I contacted them. It had obviously been fully tested and prepared before sale.”

“I have been very impressed with the overall customer service I've recieved from the team at Allegro Music. I recently bought a Yamaha Tyros 5 from the team, I had two older keyboards to put in as part exchange. I was given a fair price for both keyboards (sight unseen) and I was very happy with the price of the Tyros 5. In addition to the customer service I revieved durig my purchase, I have also recieved excellent after sales service. I will be more than happy to recommend Allegro Music to friends and family as the Allegro Music get a 5 star rating from me. Keep up the good work Team.”

“Can’t fault Allegro music at all. Excellent service. Ordered an effects pedal online for my keyboard, after a quick stock check via live chat, at 2pm. Within an hour my item had been dispatched for free next day delivery. I was plugging it in at 11am the next morning. They were £5 dearer than another retailer. But for that kind of service, who cares. Doesn’t get much better really.”

“Abysmal customer service. Manager just doesn't care about the customer. Be aware that you have to pay for any returns even if the item is faulty. REALLY unfair and I am not at all happy. The Manager is patronising, arrogant and totally disinterested.”
