“First class in all aspects. Patient and helpful in finding the best affordable and suitable piano. Plus the very fair part exchange on our old digital piano. All areas covered including delivery and removing the old one.”

“I spoke with Chris Boys for advice on which instrument to buy. His recommendation was spot on. I LOVE my new Yamaha Clavinova CVP-605. It can be played like a stand alone piano or as a keyboard with all the different instruments and backing rhythms and accompaniments. The tone of the instrument is superb due to the way Yamaha sample the instruments. Chris gave me a generous part exchange deal on my Yamaha Tyros and arranged the delivery of the instrument. I have dealt with Allegro for many years now and would never consider buying an instrument from any other company. Their service and after sales record is second to none. Thank you Chris and thank you Allegro. You’re brilliant. Lorna”

“Very good service from start to finish. Ordered a keyboard and on inspection Allegro decided it wasn’t good enough. As they didn’t have another one in stock they sent the next model up without any increase in price. This was most welcomed as it was a surprise gift and very much appreciated. Keyboard was received on time so all round, excellent service. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered my Genos, over the phone on the Friday afternoon and was delivered as promised on the Wednesday (Monday bank holiday) It arrived well packed by an extremely polite and courteous delivery driver, which is unusual in itself, I was able to track the progress of the driver at all times to ensure I didn't miss him. I unpacked the 3 well wrapped and protected boxes and set it up - considering this was a used product it would be very difficult to tell the difference. no marks or scratches at all. Overall my experience with "allegro music" is fantastic and I would recommend speaking with the excellent sales team for advice and help as they do know their products well.”

“Website is very easy to navigate and the layout is easy on the eye. I contacted the sales team today for a price quote on a new/used Genos. The sales guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment and deals available. And on the strength of the call I will be ordering a new Genos in the morning. Time will tell if they live up to their promise. I will re-review this afterwards. So far so good!”

“Bought a Yamaha CLP 785 from them. Superb communication, delivery exactly when promised and installation with no issues. Will probably never buy another piano again given how good the Yamaha is but would definitely go back to Allegro again if I did.”
