“I have been very impressed with the overall customer service I've recieved from the team at Allegro Music. I recently bought a Yamaha Tyros 5 from the team, I had two older keyboards to put in as part exchange. I was given a fair price for both keyboards (sight unseen) and I was very happy with the price of the Tyros 5. In addition to the customer service I revieved durig my purchase, I have also recieved excellent after sales service. I will be more than happy to recommend Allegro Music to friends and family as the Allegro Music get a 5 star rating from me. Keep up the good work Team.”

“Can’t fault Allegro music at all. Excellent service. Ordered an effects pedal online for my keyboard, after a quick stock check via live chat, at 2pm. Within an hour my item had been dispatched for free next day delivery. I was plugging it in at 11am the next morning. They were £5 dearer than another retailer. But for that kind of service, who cares. Doesn’t get much better really.”

“Abysmal customer service. Manager just doesn't care about the customer. Be aware that you have to pay for any returns even if the item is faulty. REALLY unfair and I am not at all happy. The Manager is patronising, arrogant and totally disinterested.”

“I cannot thank Chris enough for the friendly way he conducted business! Just before Christmas I was investigating the purchase of a Yamaha EL900. Chris negotiated an excellent price and the organ was delivered yesterday. I am delighted with my purchase, the condition is like new and the sound quality is wonderful - a real pleasure to play! “Just wanted to say how impressed we've been with Allegro Music. Jo in their Chelmsford shop was most helpful and informative when my wife and I booked an appointment to discuss buying a Yamaha digital piano to replace our aging Broadwood traditional piano, and the delivery of the new piano and removal of our old piano went very smoothly. Many thanks also to Chris in Colchester for his intial contact and advice and for organising the delivery. We purchased a Yamaha Model CLP 735 for home use and practising, and so far it seems to suit our purposes very well, and we were very pelased with the deal offered. Many thanks to all concerned.”

“I can't rate Allegro Music highly enough! I got an Amazing deal on a part exchange and received my newly purchased instrument the next day! Communication was 1st class whether through live chat or over the phone AND the instrument I part exchanged was picked up by courier at no charge to me. Well done guys.. such an impressive service!”
