“Didn't have the product I bought then sorted upgrade for further money. Didn't come when they said 2-4 days came 7days after paying upgrade. One of the 2 box's was already opened when courier delivered . Rang alegro they didn't really do anything about this.”

“I have used Allegro Music in the past. I found them very helpful. All of the staff have great knowledge of all the instruments they sell. If you have any questions they can always answer them. I also found that the staff were all friendly and polite”

“Sold product they advertise but then told pay extra for upgrade. Never turned up within the 2-4days told turned up 7 days after and 1 parcel opened. When spoken about this showed no effort just said at least it's there now”

“I purchased a 'demo' Yamaha keyboard (EZ 220) from Allegro music for significantly cheaper than what I found anywhere else online. It arrived quickly and is in perfect condition, I wouldn't have known it was used at all if I hadn't known! Very happy with the product and price I got it for :)”
