“I came to this shop years ago and purchased a Saxophone. It barely got played but the advice i got at the time and help was brilliant. That was a good 12 Years ago! I have recently been in and bought my 7 year old son his first guitar. I received the same brilliant service i did 12 years ago. They bent over backwards to find a guitar that suited my sons size and tuned it up. Very friendly and very helpful! They clearly all love what they do and it shows in their customer service. Thanks once again!”

“I brought my guitar in to have the strings replaced and the neck set up, these guys really know their stuff. My guitar came back to me looking like new and played the best its ever played. Probably even better than when i bought it new!! Had this place recommended to me and will definitely be going back there for anything in the future!”

“I purchased 6 pedals for my guitar the other day and the gentleman there spent over an hour with me, allowing me to try them out with a couple of guitars wired up. I have been coming to Allegro now for many years and they are always very helpful. Always feel welcome on every visit.”

“I came in and bought a piano for my daughter to get her through her grade 3 upwards. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Came away with the perfect instrument at the right price with a free delivery included!! Brilliant service. Would definitely come to this place again in time!”

“Came here earlier this week to buy a guitar for my nephew. The staff greeted me as soon as i walked through the door and offered help straight away. Asked his height and found the suitable size he would need to get started at the price i wanted to spend. Perfect friendly service! Great shop!”

“I chose the 9-months 0% finance option. That part went smoothly but I received no confirmation or correspondence from Allegro Music at all, which is a little disconcerting when giving financial details online. A day later I wrote an email to them and only then did I get a response. The amp head did then arrive a day after my email, well packaged and in good order. Thanks to Jess for sorting it out.”

“We have shopped at Allegro for a long time and on every occasion, we are greeted by friendly and helpful staff who know what they are talking about from buying an instrument to something tiny such as a simple book. If they dont have they will get it. Always great service!! HIghly recommended.”
