“Having found a keyboard that suited my budget, I then saw on the website that Allegro Music had a portal to purchase customer used instruments simply by entering a few details. I received an offer within hours and in no time at all delivery of my new “toy”, a SX900, was received as well as collection of my old Yamaha too. The whole process was effortless and reinforced with easy phone conversations with Allegro’s friendly staff. Super experience!”

“Tyros 3 bought for my son. I had one myself some years ago so I know it's a great keyboard for him to learn on. It was delivered to him, is immaculate and working fine. Thanks”

“I was buying my 10year old first keyboard, not having any experience myself meant I was going in blind. Both Southend and Chelmsford branch were very helpful which resulted in a very suitable purchase and a son that has been enjoying learning since.”

“Excellent service from Allegro Music when I purchased my new piano (Upright "Steinhoven". About a month after delivery I received a call from a local piano tuner to book a date for tuning, which was carried out within a week. First class service from Allegro!”

“I found the service very helpful. I got a really good deal on my Yamaha P-515. It plays beautifully and I haven’t started trying all the different functions out yet. It was delivered without a sustain pedal but this was very quickly rectified. Very happy. Thank you”

“Good exchange deal offered, prompt delivery and collection of my instrument. Friendly help and advice on the telephone. The new instrument, a Yamaha Genos, is a vast improvement technically on the previous model, however I do miss some of the older Styles.”

“I am tempted to upgrade my Genos to the Genos2 and I had forgotten that I purchased my Genos from Allegro back in 2017 at which time my contact at Allegro,Emma gave me excellent service. I have been making enquiries at other music shops but having looked at the Allegro website and the fantastic range of services, I am confident that should I change keyboards, I will be happy to give my business to Allegro.”
