“Purchased Psrs 970 in may 2017.Transaction handled by Jessica,first class. Small problem developed,returned Keyboard on Monday last,e-mail from Emma Tuesday,problem solved,Keyboard being returned Thursday.Now that IS SERVICE. “Unfortunately I was unable to get the item that I wanted due to limited stocks. I wasn't willing to wait the 3 weeks+ for stocks to come in so I asked for a refund. The sales teams were very understanding and offered to refund me straight away to enable me to purchase elsewhere. I've also been to the store in Chelmsford and, again, have met with a great sales team who took time to help me purchase an instrument within my budget. I really enjoy going to the store (thanks Pat, Keith & Steve in the Guitar dept on Saturday 2 Sept 17). I look forward to visiting again very soon.”
