“Service and advice on purchase was good but let down by the time taken to arrange my first lesson. I had to make several phone calls and visits to the shop to get this done. “I dont usually write reviews, but this was exceptionally good service from the beginning to the very end. I purchased a Peavey Classic 30 guitar amplifier from the website, not only did they give me the best price of anywhere in Europe (trust me I looked all over on literally every site) , but they also kept me informed every step of the way. After speaking to customer services, I got an email and purchased the item off the website. I then got then got a phone call about the delivery.... the item was delivered the very next day!! Also I would like to mention the courier company used was exceptionally good too, as I was not in when the amp arrived for delivery, but the courier used his common sense and called me and we managed to get a neighbour to take delivery. Brilliant service all round. I will more than likely purchase again from this company based on the great service and the courier company used. Amp was delivered and packaged well for protection.”

“I've never bought anything online, but have bought two high-end electric guitars from Allegro Music Rock Shop, Chelmsford, in the past, both at very competitive prices; and on both occasions, customer service, including after-sales service, was exemplary. So much so that I make a point of popping into the store whenever I visit Chelmsford. Staff are both knowledgeable and friendly - and you don't often find those two combined!”

“An absolutely faultless and pain free experience dealing with Allegro Music. I upgraded my PSR-670 to the new PSR-SX900. I dealt with a salesperson called Emma but you would never guess she was in sales. For a start, every promise she made came true. Everything she said would happen did happen. I got a good PX price from Ben. And my new keyboard was delivered at 8.20am on the day Emma promised. Outstanding service, outstanding price. Cannot recommend highly enough. Emma should get a pay rise...... :)”
